Inside Monsey Fire Department： Dispatch, Drones and a Live Call ｜ Station 7

Kipkeh goes behind the scenes at the Monsey Fire Department, Station 7. We sit down with Yanky Fligman to hear how it all started, who the volunteers are, and how members with beards serve. Then we try on the gear, climb into the trucks, and step inside the dispatch center as a call comes in, with drones that launch on their own to get eyes on the scene first. Plus a safety reminder from the department: change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and keep menorahs in a safe spot this Chanukah. Thank you to the Monsey Fire Department for letting us in.
